Hello everybody, it's been a while hasn't it? OTL

First of all sorry for my inactivity and loooong absence life got busy all of a sudden so I hadn't had much time for anything really, but now that things have calmed down to an extent I'm here again to bring all of you the latest news about the group and inform you of quite a few changes that have and will be taking place in HQ

So, first order of business:

WELCOME TO ALL OF THE NEW MEMBERS!!

At this moment we ask that all the Veterans please join in welcoming our newest recruits and well, it isn't a bad time to introduce yourself again and let us all know something about yourself.

Ei. Hi gaiz, my name is Kichi and I like dancing nakkid in the middle of my room whenever it rains (lol not really but you get it sort of, right?)

So, take a few moments to introduce yourself and tell us a bit about you, and to welcome all of the new femselves joining this Ghey kingdom of unicorns, air biscuits and tits....

Second order of business:

FOLDERS

Now, as some of you might have already noticed, there have been changes in the structure of the gallery, we no longer have specific folders with the names of the manselves, why? Well since the group has grown quite a bit now that anyone who wishes so can join, I've decided that such an arrangement was no longer convenient.
One: Because if we had a folder for specific group of people, we'd end up with a crapload of folders and we don't want that, so instead I have unified the previous folders and just left one for all manselves of the group.
So now instead of looking where to submit your picture of SugarLady's manself, all of the pictures will go in the same folder

Two: So that no one feels like certain manselves are more important than others. I felt as though having a few folders specifically for a certain group of manselves and then one folder for the rest gave that idea, therefore from now on just one folder for all the manselves! Hooray!! *shot*

Here is the breakdown of folders and what should go in there, please read this thoroughly as it will be your guide for following submission rules.

Featured: The featured folder is for pictures we feel need to be seen by all the members and anybody else who visits our group as it is featured in the home page of TRS. This is technically a Favorites folder for the group. How it will work from now on. Members are allowed to suggest pictures for the featured folder If you want to suggest a picture, send any of the administrators a note titled "TRS Featured" with a link to the picture (or writing) and your reasons why you think said piece should be featured. We will deliberate and decide and the picture shall be added to the featured folder for life xD

DA Manselves: As the name explicitly implies (|D) This is the folder for all "SINGLE" manself pictures, and by single I don't mean single manselves lol but pictures with one character only. Now, this folder is for finished pieces only. So no sketches or linearts. BnW is allowed as long as the picture is meant to be BnW and not just a sketch on pencil or a lineart, it HAS to be colored in black and white (and all the ghey...er gray in between). So, only finished pieces please!

Intros & Refs: Does this need any more explanation?

Couples: This folder is for all the lovey-dovey pictures of the TRS couples. It is also for finished pieces, colored or BnW. ONLY couple pictures go here, as in pictures of manselves in a romantic relationship (whether it be with another manself, a different OC, or even a femself *coughNishiYuuzecough*)? Well, that's up to you).

Group pics: Here go any and all group pics, two manselves hanging out, manselves and femselves having fun, group pics that are not part of an AU. As long as it's more than one character and the characters are not in a romantic relationship xD. Again, ONLY FINISHED PICTURES

TRS AUs: This is where all the fun AU pictures should be submitted, and we encourage all of the members to explore the AUs that have already been...er... created? More will be explained later about the AUs and what sort of things you can do to get your manself involved in those.

Comics & RP: Have you RPd with your manself lately? I know a lot of you do it on FB, well we'd like to see scenes of your RPs if you feel like sharing, and you should... why? Cuz it's fun ; u; So if you've drawn out comics of manselves interacting and whatnot, you should totally put them here for the sake of everyone's amusement |D

TRS Related Anything else that does not fit in any other folder but is still related to TRS, like cosplay pictures, crafts, signatures, stamps, icons, your manself's love children etc.

Seasonal: Christmas, Valentine's, thanks giving, Halloween, new years etc etc. FINISHED PICTURES ONLY

Ramblings: Any and all writings involving your manself. Excluding written memes. So pretty much just poetry and prose. Can be chapter stories, like for the AUs, or short stories. Poems about the manselves or poems "written" by your manself.

Sketches, Lines, WIPs: Of course we'd have a folder just for sketches and lines too! Here you can submit all your unfinished doodles, WIPs that you feel need to be shown, LS dumps, Tumblr dumps etc etc.

Memes: All memes that involve the manselves, be it written or drawn, like the "official" manself meme, the official TRS meme, age meme, 100 facts about your manself, etc etc. And yes, journal entries ARE allowed here as well. Like the tag quizzes and that kind of stuff.

FAVORITES TRS favorites folder. If you feel like there is a piece by any other deviant not part of TRS or a picture not related to manselves that the members of TRS absolutely need to see, this is the place for it. You can suggest a fave to the group either via note, or directly on the deviation's page by going to the "submit to a group" button and choosing the "Suggest group favorite" option. The group admins will decide whether to accept the pic into the faves folder or not.

And that's the folders explained xDDD
You have no excuse now to submit things to the wrong folders!!!

There will be more changes on the way the group is run coming up throughout this month, so again, keep an eye out for them and may the power of ghey be with you my lovelies.
